The Company has never acted as the investment manager or responsible officer of, nor has it had any form of business cooperation, product distribution, account custody, or fund transfer relationship with, any of the following entities:

• ZD Global Investment Limited Partnership Fund
• AK Global Investment Limited Partnership Fund
• Renascence Global Capital SPC Limited

Any statements claiming an association with the Company in the name of the above entities are unauthorized and false. The Company has never included any funds under these entities in our product list, nor has any licensed representative or staff member promoted or sold such funds.

If you receive any investment advice or transfer requests purportedly issued in the name of the Company in relation to the above entities, please report the matter to the Hong Kong Police and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as soon as possible.
